Introduction

           Hello, and welcome to the latest Liteworx® catalog.

           Liteworx has been in business since 1972. This catalog presents the latest changes in company policy for 2009 as well as the latest versions of our products.

           As we entered the twenty-first century, we changed the spelling of our company name from Lightworks to Liteworx. Although it sounded the same, we felt the new spelling more closely represented the newness a new century implied—new challenges; new problems; new ways of looking at ourselves, our lives, and our world. The spelling change has been widely received and adopted by the industry as a symbol of quality, integrity and professionalism. We also changed many model numbers in order to more intuitively describe the products they designated. And we dropped some tired items and developed what we hoped would be real winners, designed specifically to meet the needs of our valued customers. The format was changed as well with an emphasis on straightforward facts and figures our clients could use to do their jobs quickly and accurately. All of those changes have been met with enthusiasm proving we’re on the right track. In 2009, we will continue to streamline, upgrade and simplify the documenting of Liteworx products.

            Along with all the changes, some things remained the same. My background was in a service industry, and as the founder of Liteworx, I built service-oriented concepts into the company and made them part of Liteworx’ mission. I understand from many in our industry that personal service is a novel idea, one that’s very often neither expected nor demanded. My experience, however, has proven to me that quick, accurate, personal service, given with a "no problem" attitude, always has the same results: folks are surprised, happy, and become loyal clients. That has been our chief goal at Liteworx, and it works! Repeat business is high, and new clients continue to seek us out.

            So, service continues to be a password at Liteworx. The other important concept, quality, remains a high priority. Quality in design, construction, materials, serviceability and performance. That’s why the fine salespeople who represent Liteworx throughout the world continue to embrace the idea that even though we aim to be competitive, having the lowest prices is not our chief goal. Furnishing unparalleled quality and service is.
