Credit:
      Invoices are due thirty (30) days after shipping date. No discount for early payment is offered. If credit is not established, all sales are on a prepaid or COD basis. A 50% deposit is required on selected orders. Visa and Master Card accepted (domestic orders under $1000 only).

Quotations:
      Requests for quotations must be in writing and include the name of the project, product description per the catalog model numbering guides, quantities and as much description of the application as possible. Quotations will be given in writing by fax and/or email within 24 hours of receipt of the request.

Ordering:
      All products must be ordered per the catalog model numbering guides and accompanied by a copy of the written Liteworx quotation and a Purchase Order. Quoted prices good for 90 days. Prices subject to change without notice. COD accounts and selected orders require a 50% deposit.

Minimum Order Policy:
       Orders less than $150.00 must include a $25.00 "small order charge."

Acknowledgments:
       Upon written request, an acknowledgment of every order is available which will be mailed, faxed or emailed to the purchaser on the day the order is placed. The order will be built according to the acknowledgment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check all acknowledgments carefully to make certain the order has been placed properly.

Freight:
       Freight is not allowed unless previously negotiated otherwise. F.O.B. point is Liteworx factory in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Freight on all overseas orders must be arranged by the customer.

Delivery:
       Shipment for most orders may be expected two weeks or less after receipt by Liteworx of the written order (and deposit, if required) unless previously negotiated otherwise.

Crating:
       Certain Liteworx products require crating. A nominal charge in addition to product and freight costs will be made for crating service.

Returns:
       All returns must be authorized. Returns without authorization will be refused.

Overdue Accounts:
       Shipments will not be made on accounts older than forty-five (45) days.

Warranty:
       All Liteworx products are warrantied from one (1) to five (5) years depending on product. See Warranties section in this catalog.

Distribution:
       Liteworx products are represented by a network of independent manufacturers’ representatives and are distributed through electrical wholesale supply houses and other authorized distributors.
